To rent a property, you need to fill out an application form, provide proof of income and employment, and pass a credit & background check. Once your application is approved, you will be asked to sign a lease agreement.

Tenants are responsible for keeping the rental property clean and in good condition. They are also responsible for reporting any maintenance issues to the property management team.

You need to give at least 30 days’ written notice before moving out of a rental property. This will give us enough time to find a new tenant and prepare the property for them.
